Fabrication and Ag Shop Manager
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, detailed individual to join our team! This position consists of mainly maintaining heavy-duty diesel, including our own fleet.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Shop Manager
- Sales
- Maintenance/repair of diesel farm and ag equipment
- Routine Maintenance
- Oil Changes, Break Replacements, Tire Repairs/Replacements
- Electrical Repair
- Air System
- Custom fabrication including frame stretching, pto wet kits, custom exhaust, wiring, pusher axles, fenders, etc.

The ideal candidate would be working in the shop 50% of the time and also doing 50% leadership responsibilities and sales. Helping us to grow our farm/ag shop and custom fabrication shop.
